Annapurna Interactive acquired South African studio 24 Bit Games

Publisher Annapurna Interactive announced the purchase of South African studio 24 Bit Games. The cost of the transaction was not disclosed, and the personnel and management of the acquired company “will work as before.” Moreover, the publisher intends to expand the staff of developers.
