The superhero action game Batman: Arkham Knight from Rocksteady Studios may soon receive an update. This is indicated by the activity of the game developers on Steam.
According to the Steam database, a new private thread called patch_test was recently added to Batman: Arkham Knight, with the last update going out just four days ago. Judging by the name, the developer is currently testing a new patch for the game, which is strange, considering that no fresh updates have been released for the project since December 2020. Then the latest update came out, which removed Denuvo protection from the PC version and unlocked several bonus skins for all players.
Perhaps the developers’ actions have something to do with the upcoming re-release of the game as part of Batman: Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch.
In addition, back in 2021, as a result of a large-scale leak from NVIDIA, a long list of unannounced titles was revealed, among which the RTX remaster of Batman: Arkham Knight was mentioned.
