EA has released a selection of old classics on Steam, including almost all of the C&C games

Just a couple of days after Electronic Arts slashed the Steam price of four Command and Conquer games to almost nothing, it’s clear why: the company has released more than a dozen old classic video games on Steam, including Populous, Dungeon Keeper, Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri, The Saboteur and a large set called Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection.

The Ultimate Collection is not a new Command and Conquer set: it was first collected back in 2012 and was previously available on the EA App. But now you can buy it on Steam.

Here are the C&C games now available:

Each game in the set still has its own Steam page (at least for now), but the only available purchase option for most of them is the Ultimate Collection . True, considering the price of $10, this is not terrible.

  • Populous

  • Populous 2: Trials of the Olympic Gods
