Gamers did not like this video, so the developers had to quickly apologize for their work:

We apologize to everyone. The trailer for our next Devotion to Duty update was supposed to be immersive and exciting, but it didn’t live up to expectations. We understand that you’ve been looking forward to the trailer, and we deeply apologize for the disappointment, annoyance, and sense of lost time that the community experienced.

Hell Let Loose has always strived to provide an authentic and immersive experience, and the latest updates have not adequately reflected this. We have heard and appreciated your feedback and intend to take it into account in future updates.

Well, the new studio will have to work hard to win back the favor of the fans.

The free Devotion to Duty update will release on July 18th and add a new 25v25 mode to Hell Let Loose. The title itself is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series.
