Here are the best-selling automotive brands in November

The brands with the highest sales in the Turkish automobile and light commercial vehicle market in November were Fiat, Renault and Ford. The interest in luxury vehicles drew attention.

According to the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD), total sales of automobiles and light commercial vehicles decreased by 1 percent in the January-November period compared to the same period of the previous year and became 668 thousand 63. In the total market, 675 thousand 107 units were sold in the 11 months of last year.

In November of this year, sales of automobiles and light commercial vehicles increased by 36.7 percent, automobile sales by 37.8 percent and light commercial vehicle sales by 34 percent compared to November 2021.

According to the information compiled from the ODMD report, Fiat took the first place with 14 thousand 297 units in total sales, including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. This was followed by Renault with 9,234 sales and Ford with 9,083 sales.

Toyota was fourth with 5,613 sales, and Peugeot was fifth with 5,149 sales.

While Toyota’s rise in November was remarkable, Volkswagen was not in the top 5.

Domestic companies stepped on the gas in automobile sales

Fiat was the brand that sold the most automobiles in November with 10,150. Renault followed Fiat with 8,383 sales and Toyota with 4,237 sales.

Peugeot is in fourth place with 3,530 sales, while Hyundai is in fifth place with 3,162 sales.

LUXURIOUS VEHICLE SALES

In the list, which includes 44 brands in automobile sales, sales were made from all brands except Smart last month.

 

In November, 70 Porsches, 49 Maseratis, 31 Lexus, 3 Jaguars, 3 Aston Martins, 2 Ferraris, 2 Bentleys and 1 Lamborghini were sold. In the first 11 months of the year, 20 Ferraris, 11 Lamborghinis, 250 Maseratis and 541 Porsches were sold.

Top 5 of light commercial

Looking at the light commercial vehicle segment, Ford ranked first in the list with 8,287 sales in November. Fiat followed Ford with 4,147 sales and Opel with 1,693 sales. Volkswagen was fourth with 1,662 sales and Peugeot was fifth with 1,619 sales. (AA)
