Who can apply for the bonus? Who resides in the municipality of Modena and who has the animal registered in the Emilia-Romagna Regional Pet Registry. Another requirement is to have incurred veterinary expenses from 01/03/2020 to 30/09/2022 and to belong to families with Isee certification equal to or less than 17 thousand euros.
