Project Mango is a new game from developers Dorfromantik and scientific animation legends Kurzgesagt

At the spring Future Games Show, they presented a game that currently bears the boring code name Project Mango, but it is a joint project between Toukana Interactive, developers of the relaxing puzzle game Dorfromantik, and Kurzgesagt, incredibly popular science storytellers on YouTube.

While there’s little information about Project Mango right now beyond its expected 2025 release, we do know that it will offer a “fresh and accessible take on an already established genre.”

It is also said that the game will feature a colorful and fun style – and sometimes snarky undertones, in the style of the Kurzgesagt videos.

In terms of gameplay, it looks like the game will be a world-building game set in space. The debut trailer, which you can watch below, shows what appears to be a yellow bean in space with various elements such as satellites and rockets mounted on it.

Let’s hope that more details will be revealed soon, but this collab sounds interesting.
