Members of the media noticed that Sons of the Forest topped the wishlist on Steam. According to SteamDB, which tracks changes to the Valve store, The Forest sequel managed to beat Starfield, Hollow Knight: Silksong, and STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

At the moment, Sons of the Forest has 184 thousand of subscribers. Some time ago, one of the leaders in the rating was another survival game – The Day Before. However, the Russian project was removed from Steam after the appearance of problems related to the trademark.
Sons of the Forest will be released in Early Access on February 23rd. Initially, the developers planned a full release but changed their minds to avoid a possible transfer.
