Some stores in the US have started offering Starfield for free with the purchase of Xbox Series X consoles.
In particular, such a promotion is currently taking place at the large retail chain Target and at the mobile operator Verizon, where you can get a free copy of the new Bethesda game along with the console at a price of $499.
Verizon is currently offering a special limited edition Xbox Series X bundle with Starfield for the price of a single console when purchased online, while Target’s offer goes beyond Starfield and includes a variety of other games including Madden NFL 24, Mortal Kombat 1, Hogwarts Legacy, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor and others.
Starfield was released on September 6 on PC and Xbox Series X|S. The game immediately became available on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service and in the first two weeks attracted a total of over 10 million players across all platforms.
