From the page dedicated to The Last of Us Part 1 on the PlayStation website, several details emerge on the integration of the Dualsense  features and on the advantages offered by the SSD. For this new re-release of the game, Naughty Dog intends to make the most of all the power and features of Sony’s next-gen console to bring the story of Ellie and Joel back in a definitive version.

The game, while remaining faithful to the structure, has been enriched with realistic lighting effects, more detailed settings and revisited scenarios. In addition, the title will be able to count on the presence of almost instant loads , thanks to the PS5 SSD.

Predictably, this new version will also take advantage of the console’s 3D audio technology to ensure disruptive explosions and an unprecedented level of immersion. In addition, The Last Us Part 1 will use haptic feedback to convey the sensation of falling rain, footsteps on the snow and much more and the adaptive triggers to impose a unique feeling to each type of weapon.

We remind you that the remake of The Last of Us will have modernized gameplay , evolved graphic effects, improved controls, expanded accessibility options and will include the Left Behind DLC.  The Last of Us Part 1 will be available on PS5 from  2 September  and will subsequently also arrive on PC.
