The Thaumaturge has been postponed again – now to March

Publisher 11 Bit Studios and developer Fool’s Theory announced another port of the isometric role-playing game The Thaumaturge . Now the game will be released not on February 20, as expected, but on March 4.

The creators of the project admitted that they did not want to release their brainchild during such a busy period. According to Fool’s Theory, The Thaumaturge is completely ready, but the studio wants the game to get more attention.

The Thaumaturge is a role-playing game with a deep plot and complex moral dilemmas set in the scenery of Warsaw in the 20th century. In this world, there are salutors – otherworldly creatures whose true nature is revealed only to thaumaturges.

The game will take place in Warsaw in 1905, a city that “lives under the yoke of the Russian Empire.” The main character will be a thaumaturge named Victor Shulski, and the developers themselves make promises typical of the genre of “unpredictable consequences,” “a unique combat system,” and a “detailedly recreated world.”

The Thaumaturge will be released this year on PC. The game will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG.
