Ubisoft’s XDefiant shooter will definitely be released before the end of March – early access is possible

Ubisoft has revealed the approximate launch dates for its free-to-play shooter XDefiant . The company’s recent financial report indicated that the title will be released before the end of the fiscal year – that is, before the end of March.

At the same time, the documents indicate that the launch will be accompanied by a zero season (Season 0), which may hint at early access or some kind of open beta test stage. Unfortunately, there are no further details yet.

XDefiant is a free-to-play arena shooter from Ubisoft that offers fast-paced online matches, faction-based play, and a variety of maps and modes. It is being created by former Call of Duty developers, and the announced platforms include PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The game was originally planned to be released back in October 2023, but was then postponed indefinitely.
