Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Monolith Soft thanks the players and talks about the future of the series

Senior director Tetsuya Takahashi spoke about the future of the series in a thank you email sent to players of Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
In an email sent to the Japanese players of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 , the senior director Tetsuya Takahashi thanked the fans and talked about the future of the series , revealing that this third chapter represents the end of a path, but not the conclusion of the Xenoblade saga.
Thanks to your support, we have released the third title of Xenoblade, twelve years after the release of the Urinal for Wii in 2010. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has been called the pinnacle of the entire series so far, and indeed it really is. We at Monolith have put everything we have cultivated in the last twelve years into it, ”says Takahashi’s message.
This title represents the conclusion of the Xenoblade story that began with Klaus’s experiment. While it’s a conclusion, that doesn’t mean the Xenoblade series is over . It’s just a stopping point for my mind. I believe that anyone who plays this title and the Expansion Pass add-on content will have the tools to imagine what lies ahead of Xenoblade .
Takahashi’s message then concludes with a tip: “I have a tip on how to play Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Some things are marked with a ‘?’ on the map. Even if you find yourself in the middle of the main story progression, if you spot a ‘?’ try to make a detour. There are many things that have been waiting for you ”.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is available exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
